I'm 6'2" 285 lbs and enjoy powerlifting. I eat roughly 3500-4000 calories a day as most of its food, and i drink a shake. My first priority is being strong but I also want to lose some bodyfat without losing ANY strength. I always hear powerlifters say you HAVE to eat much more calories and protein to get stronger and losing fat makes you lose some strength. Is it possible for me to lose some fat while still continuing to get stronger? Thanks in advance.
